Ghana Medical Trust Fund Enlists Regional Ministers to Boost Public Awareness

The Ghana Medical Trust Fund (GMTF) has launched a fresh push to increase awareness of its mandate across the country, engaging Regional Ministers as key partners in the public education drive.

During a meeting with regional officials, GMTF Administrator Adjoa Obuobia Darko-Opoku highlighted the essential role Regional Ministers would play in helping citizens understand the Fund's programmes and impact on healthcare delivery. The engagement underscores the importance of grassroots communication in reaching Ghanaians at the local level.

The initiative comes as the GMTF seeks to deepen its presence and clarify its mission among communities, ensuring that eligible beneficiaries are aware of available support schemes and how to access them.
