Joe Mettle Brings Praise Reloaded 2026 to Accra Sports Stadium With Free Worship Experience

Award-winning Ghanaian gospel artiste Joe Mettle is set to host thousands of worshippers at the Accra Sports Stadium today for the 2026 edition of his flagship annual event, Praise Reloaded. Organised by Joe Mettle Ministries and powered by Reverb Studios, the event is free and open to the public, with gates opening at 1:00 p.m. and the main programme beginning at 3:00 p.m.

This year's edition carries the theme The River, drawn from John 7:38, which references rivers of living water flowing from believers. Joe Mettle described the theme as a reflection of the work of the Holy Spirit, expressing his anticipation for what he called a transformative gathering.

"This year's Praise Reloaded is themed 'The River' in reference to the Holy Spirit in John 7:38. There is this deep stirring and excitement within me about Praise Reloaded this Sunday. I am expecting a mighty move of God as we acknowledge the presence of the Holy Spirit and lift up songs of the Spirit in unity. I would like to encourage everyone to come with an expectation," Mettle said ahead of the event.

The 2026 lineup features an impressive array of gospel talent from both Ghana and Nigeria. Ghanaian acts include the Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Minister Eugene Zuta, and the Bethel Revival Choir, while Nigerian gospel ministers Sunmisola Agbebi and Prospa Ochimana are also billed to perform alongside Joe Mettle and the Love Gift Band.

Ahead of the event, Mettle released a new single titled Faithful, which serves as the anchor song for this year's edition and is available on all major digital streaming platforms. Worshippers who wish to guarantee seating have been encouraged to register in advance via the official Joe Mettle website.
