Accra Law Firm Clinton Consultancy Wins Leading Ghana Firm Title at Global 100 Awards
An Accra-based legal practice has earned international recognition after being named the "Leading Firm in Law Practice in Ghana for 2026" at the Global 100 Awards, a programme run annually by the Global Publishing Media Group to honour outstanding businesses and professional organisations across the world.
The Law Office of Clinton Consultancy, which has been operating with offices in Accra and the United Kingdom, was recognised for its work across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines — including corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, maritime and shipping law, litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and complex cross-border transactions.
The firm is led by equal partners Bianca Akweley Clinton and Amanda Akuokor Clinton, whose combined leadership has been credited with building the firm's international profile since its establishment. Bianca Clinton holds dual qualifications as a Solicitor of England and Wales as well as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Republic of Ghana, and was separately honoured as an African Legal Icon 2026 at the Heritage Awards earlier this year.
Responding to the Global 100 recognition, Bianca Clinton said the award validated the firm's core mission. "This recognition affirms our commitment to legal excellence, commercial strategy and the protection of our clients' interests," she said. Her partner Amanda Clinton added: "We are honoured by this award and proud of the strong, successful firm that we have built together."
The firm advises a wide client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, investors, international organisations and private individuals operating in Ghana, across Africa and in other global markets. Its lawyers are said to regularly coordinate legal advice spanning multiple jurisdictions, helping clients manage commercial, regulatory and reputational risks in increasingly complex environments.
The recognition places Clinton Consultancy among leading professional service providers worldwide and is seen as a reflection of Ghana's growing footprint in the global legal services industry. The firm's win has been officially published in the Global 100 – 2026 Winners' List, along with its award citation and winner's logo.
