The NPP destroyed our economy impoverishing millions of our citizens whiles thousands of our youthful compatriots left the country for greener pastures.

They targeted and destroyed many businesses.
They destroyed the cocoa sector and run down the energy sector. 

Destroyed our international reputation and got us  kicked out of the international capital market so we cannot borrow for critical infrastructure development.

They run down many state institutions with huge debts and turned most into  loss making entities.

They run down the educational sector, destroyed our bilateral relations with our neighbouring countries and placed a heavy strain on our relationship with Russia among many other worrying deteriorating developments that eventually led to their monumental loss in the 2024 elections.

Now a new gov’t,  The NDC, under John Mahama, has begun efforts to rebuild our country, stabilise the economy, ease the hardship on Ghanaians , restore trust and confidence of the investor community and our international development partners and here we are again the NPP is here with a BOMBSHELL.

As if the destruction they did to our economy is not enough, they are on an agenda to label our country, in the eyes of the international community, as a destination for drug trafficking and money laundering. This they are doing without providing any shred of evidence. What is their objective? Your guess is as good as mine.  Pour sand in the NDC gov’t’s gari of restoring the country’s tattered economy and international reputation created by the NPP under Akuffo Addo. They want to deter investors from bringing capital so we can create jobs and rebuild our country.  They want to further strain our relationship with our international development partners to withdraw critical financial support needed for our early economic recovery. This is the NPP for you, very unpatriotic, anti-development, self centered, greedy and very destructive.

This, however, is not new,  history is replete with evidence of how the same NPP opposed our independence and how JB Danquah, worked closely with the CIA to overthrow Kwame Nkrumah who was on a journey of industrialising the Ghanaian economy and building a united Africa.

If we let the NPP, they will destroy this country and keep everyone poor except themselves.

As youths of today,  we have a huge responsibility. Having experienced what the NPP did to this country in the last 8 years,  we cannot stay on the sidelines for this same NPP to derail our efforts to rebuild our country to make it a better place for all of us. 

If we are not ready to put our lives on the line to defend the good of our country, the NPP will continue to be a force that will destroy every good thing we seek to achieve.
